Behind the Craft.
Lily is a registered nurse — BSN certified — and serves the community three days a week providing patient care. When she's not doing that, she runs Elite Tile & Stone's marketing, bookkeeping, and behind-the-scenes operations.
That division of labor is what makes everything possible. While Mason focuses on the craft — the actual restoration work, the study, the standards — Lily handles the logistics that keep the business running. Client communication, scheduling, billing, marketing, all of it.
Together, that means every customer gets a business that's actually organized behind the scenes AND a specialist who can focus fully on the quality of the work in front of him. Those two things rarely coexist in a solo trade business. In this one, they do.
