Allen was an entrepreneur many times over. He opened businesses across his life — building, running, teaching. But it was in tile and stone that his true passion showed. Most people work to live. Allen lived to work.

He founded Grout Pro — a franchise that today operates across the country. The blueprint for that business was built around one idea: careful, meticulous tile and grout work done to a standard most contractors never reach. That standard is what got passed down.

He's no longer with us, but everything about how we work — the meticulous attention, the standard of care, the refusal to cut corners — traces back to him. This is his legacy. Every job we do carries it forward.
