He owns and runs the Grout Pro franchise location in Reno — has for over three decades. His reputation there is built on the level of detail most contractors overlook: the seams, the transitions, the invisible finish work that separates good from exceptional.

Jared was trained by Allen. He took that foundation and made it his own — running his own location, refining his own techniques, and eventually training the next generation. He trained Mason.
